John Findura

Poor Tessa, The Tractor Girl

I wish there was something I could save
you from but these trees and the stream
are less harmful than any rescuing of you.

There is a small train that goes in a circle
I could have taken you on before buying
you a small brush painting of three penguins.

That is the only way I have of expressing
myself without yelling from the back of
the tractor that the fresh air is killing me.
